2. THE PRODUCTS.
• Founders & Custom Series: Items marked as "Hand-Pulled" or "Pre-Order" are created specifically to order. Production timelines provided are estimates to ensure hand-pulled quality over automated speed.
•Sanctuary Stock: Standard "In-Stock" items are dispatched from our North Cornwall studio within 3 business days of purchase.
3. BASIS OF SALE
A legally binding contract is only formed once we issue your official Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to inventory errors, technical glitches, or if a limited-edition pool is exhausted.

5. COMMERCIAL PRINTING
These terms apply to retail consumers. Any Business-to-Business (B2B) or commercial print services are subject to a separate Commercial Addendum, which must be formally approved before production begins.
